Monika's curse affecting the entire mansion is a range feat, not an AP feat. And I doubt "burning the mansion down" is at all comparable to your typical destruction feat.

Even then, how does this scale to striking strength?

The burning the mansion feat was actually just setting the entire house on fire instantly. And it was done by Monika's zombie (kinda), so it should scale.
