Mitsuya went toe to toe with 70% Taiju who is scaled to Wall Level+ with just 50% of his power meaning he should be bumped to Wall Level+ along with the rest of the mid tiers of the verse. The CRT for Wall+ at 50% is already accepted so this should easily be accepted as well.
