Misaka only has her Iron Sand and Town level lightning blasts to one shot Nora while every other attack gets tanked as Nora is 8B.

Nora also one shots her due to her tiering and severly outranged Misaka, and spams grenades at that distance rather often.

Mid aka does have a pretty huge intelligence advantagebut Nora herself is still more then skilled enough to fight her

Gonna have to come back to this later, but I'm leaning on Nora for the time being.

Due to their electric affinity Misaka will see her lighting spear attacks won't be as effective and vice-versa so she will mainly use electromasters ability for evasion and interception. Then for offense and defense she will start resorting to her Railgun and iron sands magnatism. Because of her iron sands versilitly she can pull out iron sand puppet at a moments notice where she should be able to knock away Nora easily and use her iron sand puppets's miniscule dust particles magnitism to continuously bombard her with vibrating blades as a side effect to her wider range attacks while barraging her with enhanced iron sand railgun. Her defense increases due to size which towers over skycrapers and its regenerating form to defend against grenedes and absorb lighting attacks to increase her iron sand railguns power.

Misaka's iron sand is only wall level in durability, Nora can very easily destroy it, and any electric attack Misaka uses will be absorbed and make Nora stronger, not to mention Nora can very easily oneshot her

Her IS puppet regens at a moment notice and due to the sheer size Nora will be unable to destroy it completely in contrast to her IS shield. Her attacks will only succeed in building up iron sand railgun's power which can 1 shot easily and multiplying the number of blades that contiously bombard her. Misaka can use her electromagnasim to evade Noras attacks until then.

Nora has destroyed building sized monsters before and even pre-timeskip characters like Yang have building sized AoE attacks, yes she can destroy it completely

And no, Nora can absorb electricity above her paygrade, trying to kill her with electricity of Misaka's level wont work

Again, pre-timeskip characters like Yang can cause AoE damage large enough to fill theentire Vytal Festival stadium, and Yatsuhashi sank part of the same stadium as a side effect of his attack being blocked. She has the AoE. And this is assuming Misaka instantly leads with the giant Iron Sand puppet before Nora pokes her once.

Thyere Wall level in durability, yes she can destroy them.

The durbaility isn't the issue it's the size and versitlity. If she destroys it it reforms in an instant and it's railgun power is increased due to built up eletricity from Nora's attacks. Then it's IS can 1 shot which carry way more aoe then her regular Railgun. If she touches it it's blades contiously cut her due to magnatism.

The power of the attack doesnt matter because its durability doesnt change, no matter how powerful it is she can still destroy it because its durability doesnt go above Wall level

They wont cut her due to her aura

And Misaka's casual lightning that she uses against people in battles is 7-C. Nora gets heavily crippled if she even survives after being hit by one lightning spear.
