Tenshi should have heavenly peaches added to her standard equipment, considering she literally carries them around all the time and always has one on her hat, as well as Statistics Amplification as they boost the attributes of a celestial, such as making her no-sell the Last Words of the other cast in AoCF, which are their strongest moves.

Sorry for the late response, keyboard broke so I'm on that mobile VSBW copium.

Anyways this is obviously fine. I believe Tenshi attributes her higher defense to eating celestial peaches when fighting Sakuya, and since 1. Tenshi considered Sakuya about even to her in power and 2. Sakuya's knives couldn't even scratch Tenshi, I think it's safe to say that the amp is enough to render Tenshi borderline untouchable to those on her level.
