It's stated that the four Ancient Yavin Sith Lords; Naga Sadow, Tulak Hord, Marka Ragnos and Exar Kun were all aprox equals in their power.
Shouldn't this mean that the other three Sith Lords recieve his scaling from Secondary Word of God or does Exar keep his rating because of a different reason?
