Canon Star Wars: Revenge of the Downgrade

We have bombs and grenades in real life more powerful than. Those feats we have autocannons tank cannons more powerful than that. They should be orders of magnitude more powerful multiple orders of magnitude more powerful. And yet he ignores the 400-gigawatt feat ignores. the fact the Naboo is a peaceful race and n1 starfighters likely are much weaker than mainline fighters. And have blaster cannons that are much weaker than laser cannons. And are not meant for combat but policing dilutes escort pursuit and light attack dilutes not full-on military warfare. The Tie Silencer a super-heavy assault and Command starfighter should be hundreds of times more powerful overall. Even discounting the 70 plus years of time that operates them in the universe. That would be a P52 Mustang vers an F22 raptor> The Raptor is so superior that it is not even funny.

"How I spin it" is how the people who actually work on Star Wars, from George Lucas to Dave Filoni, have described the nature of canon pre-Disney merger. The films and the Clone Wars TV series, by default, superseded everything else. It is why events could happen within the Clone Wars series that clashed with how Licensing depicted events or the fates of characters.

That's been a thing ever since the Prequel Trilogy overrode prior assumptions about what the Clone Wars might have looked like. Karen Traviss wrote a series of Clone Commando books with her own take on Mandalore, but that was contradicted by the introduction of Satine Kryze and the Clone Wars version of Mandalore. Anakin was given a Padawan, which was never hinted at before in Star Wars material before that point. Season Six established that Clones were forced to commit Order 66 through inhibitor chips, rather than of their own free will as most depictions of Order 66 up to that point implied. I could go on with a list of things that The Clone Wars retconned and changed long before the old EU became Legends, but the fact of the matter is that, from the perspective of Lucas and those who worked on it, the whole of The Clone Wars was canon.

There's no such thing as "Clone Wars are both canon and not canon through Season 6". The whole of it is canon.

You keep saying its technology depictions are "very conservative" compared to everything else, but do you say that because "it's true", or have you already made up your mind that the only "true technology depictions" are whichever ones give you the biggest numbers?
 
Okay, I concede the clone wars were both legends and cannon than. That point is very much true even today in fact. The last point is true I take an extreme amount of things into consideration when I look into numbers. The clone wars debunked a lot of legends material. For good and for bad. Because It had to do that for the Prequels to makes sense within the universe. You correctly interpreted what I was saying exactly point by point. You did not misunderstand me at all in fact expended what I was trying to say.

Sounds like you're trying to reinterpret your argument than anything else, saying this. Because I don't believe anything I said was any correct interpretation of what you have ever been trying to argue for.
 
NO, I am trying to reword it to fitter better than the information you gave me. Because I was missing the point thier saying thier was no cannon when that was never the case to began with and you woke me up to that fact. Did the downgrade for Palpatine and Mace Windu, and the Zillo Beast though the Yoda profile is locked, so staff editing is needed for Yoda.

Otherwise, this thead is basicly done. After ByAsura's CRT is finished, an other thread focused on votes:
  1. votes for Grevious/Karbin's new durability
  2. votes for Lightsaber tier
  3. Brief justification + vote for whether "Force Amplification" should be downgraded/replaced with "Force Barrier"
 
i wonder why we cherry pick shit for palpatine. we cant just pick the best accolades and feats and say, yeah, this makes sense and literally nothing contradicts it.
 
Because has lots of evidence for being stronger and showed nowhere near this kind of power in any media. It's not cherry picking.

Star Wars is cherry-picked in general. Basically, any high feat from the spinoff media is treated as higher importance than the films, even if they severely conflict with the main plot itself, including major events like Order 66.
 
@Idazmi so is Star Trek and every other franchise to date. Because the Enterprise does not have Moon and Multi Continent level bullshit feats. Anything below subkiloton for star wars vehicles can be ignored unless it is a major or minor feat. Star Wars Rebels And Clone Wars were made for a much smaller budget used animation was a kids show was a medium that higher level feats could not be easily replicated. Because if order 66 did not happen the first trilogy would be contradicted and we would be asking why the ell is the empire still here a major oppressive directorship that extremely heavily relies on a power-based system extreme racism and xenophobia. The Jedi would according to thier own system overthrow the government and A New Hope never happened. Empire Strikes Back And Return of The Jedi also would never exist in thier movie form at the very least. The Emperor was controlling the entire clone was from beginning to end. All the CIS leadership would still be intact plus thier are not supreme cannons anyway. Thier are still a major part of the cannon. Yeah Because In The Last Jedi a Dreadnought Sized Warship does not Sub Atomize a portion of an earth-sized planet very visible from orbit in mere seconds with a four-round burst. or A SPHA does not bisect a warship near the size of the republic assault ship in one shot. Or The Fact the Rebels and the Clone Wars does not have kilojoule level turbolaser ion cannon and other weapon feats. Stop trolling derailing and harassing this thread thank you for doing that. Because It is very clear that you are trying to do that multiple repeated times time after time again. You are doing nothing but that at this point. But you will not say that for those franchises as well because you seem to have this threat for trolling derailing and harassing this thread. But Power levels Viscunt MC 95 MC 75 Sovergian Trade Federation Battleship and Core Ship. The CC9979 landing craft superlaser siege cannon Xyston class Asslerator Bellator Impallator Compaller Praetor class of starship. All need profiles on them right not the Vengence.
 
A lot of people myself included also got lost in the thread a long time ago, mostly because of circular arguments here and there.
 
Yeah, I think the Sidious feat scaling was the main part to talk about. But I got a recent response from Soldier Blue in PM. He's been sick, but I hear he's getting better and will recover soon. He's got an excellent sense of judgement regarding Star Wars profiles.

Force dyad feats being treated as an amp has been applied, and Grevious/Karbin downgrade has been applied. Force Amplification downgrade and Lightsaber rating will be voted on in a second thread after ByAsura's Starwars CRT is completed.

I am open to discussing whether Force dyad Sidious scales to his base when he is healthy, but it can be done in the second thread or in ByAsura's CRT (It briefly argued that the Force dyad is an amp). Starship firepower/durability is more suitably discussed in ByAsura's CRT as well.
After ByAsura's CRT is complete, I'll check if Soldier Blue and others are active before the second thread is made.
