Nah Ban is stronger due to immortality.

only his Regenerationn is increased (other stats stay the same), but he can still be severed into pieces, if marco does that he should be able to keep him from becoming 100% again

he was completely blown away with only his legs standing. he regens from that

Ban is pretty much as immortal as you can get without being a tier 2 or higher

but there was a scene where he grew back and got severed into two pieces again, im not sure what type of immortality he has, does he require his limbs to grow back or will they attach as one body again? but in either case marco should be able to (if he manages to make himunable to fight via to many injuries (like severed head)) stop hi from getting whole again,

this is why i aked is "making unable to fight" counts as victory too ^_^

It's not really immortality Ban just has op regen abilties if someone attacks his soul he's done for I believe

^even if not, unlike ban marco will die if he had is smashed, the only problem is that i dont think that Ban can win in a competition of stats, but if he gets marco exhausted (which will happen sooner or later) he will be able to take his head ^_^
