For whatever it's worth, this video features an official MCU science advisor and physics professor discuss the power of Mjolnir and Stormbreaker. At timestamp 0:57 he says they are forged in the core of the neutron star (not its surface), at timestamp 2:40 he says they channel Thor's own inherent power, and at timestamp 3:03 he says Stormbreaker is superior to Mjolnir.

Keep that in mind for another thread. RN lets just get these changes overwith
You can’t just ignore all the issues something causes and say that’s for next time. The issues have to be resolved before things get finalized.
Still nearly killed him and heavily injured him.
But if it was that much stronger than he is it would’ve gone through him, and instantly killed him. Plus, 2014 Thanos has shown the ability to take attacks from Stormbreaker, so unless you say Stormbreaker grew stronger, this shit ain’t working.

But then again, I never even agreed on the Stormbreaker being backscaled to Phase 3, I doubt it was always this strong
It could scale to Thor like Mjolnir, we just need evidence that's the case.

This is a step in the right direction for that

Nor have I, I don't know where it can from actually
It came from the inevitable question about how past characters will scale. We cannot act like they do not exist and ignore them. Considering Thor fights Gorr with Stormbreaker, a weapon he used against Thanos, it’s a question that must be asked. There is no possible way Thanos is thousands of times weaker than Stormbreaker, as that would completely destroy scaling. He must be factored in, which will affect other characters. You might not like it, but it’s absolutely necessary.

Thor's training at the start of L&T made him more powerful than ever. Since his weapons channel his power, Stormbreaker in L&T also would be stronger than ever before. This solves for the Thanos / Gorr issue, and avoids problems.

Odin also said that Mjolnir only helps Thor focus his power, not serve as Thor's source of power (timestamp 0:45)

Pretty sure all the debris would be shooting off at absolutely insane speeds if it were rotating that fast
Not really. The planet's escape velocity would still be higher than the speed of the shards. In fact them just floating in place rather than falling down implies the planet is spinning fast rather than sun is moving fast.

Not really, it just seems like the gravities ****** there. Watching the clip you get multiple overhead shots and at most the planet is barely moving
