I saw the new trailer for Multiverse of Madness. We all know we heard the right voice and just who it is. Also, I'm convinced that new Strange variant (called Sinister Strange apparently) is something else entirely

I pointed this out already. Still doesn’t necessarily deconfirm strange supreme, but does hint that it might not be. Sinister Strange may confirm that this variant does carry malicious intent.

I always thought it couldn't be Strange Supreme. The character had a redemption arc in What if and stated he keep watching over Killmonger and Zola's battle, it would be stupid to destroy his developement by making him the villain of the movie. Maybe he will appear but not as a major character I think

Mmh true. Though I'm convinced this isn't a Strange variant. Even with putting the Mephisto theory aside, it could be something else entirely, especially with that visual of Sinister Strange having multiple arms and being emitting darkness or whatever

Based on the context we've been given the Strange we see with multiple arms is probably NOT Sinister Strange, but rather SACRED timeline Strange given the way that Wong shouted his name in a concerned tone. I doubt Wong could confuse his Stranges like that, especially considering how deranged Sinister Strange looks in comparison to the protagonist Strange. I said this earlier.
