Why would 6-B be an outlier if the characters in that tier are far above the 7-A tiers?

Peak Surtur is a top tier character. He died to a 6-B explosion. So no way characters like Thanos, who are weaker than him scale to High 6-B. I don't know how else to say it.

The one that contained GR is called a Containment Module, made of an adaptive material that can counter the powers of Inhumans. The one that contained Hulk is The Cage, made of a silicon-carbide Vibranium alloy. They are two different things

I remember clearly the two different containment modules built by my very own Favourite Physicist Leopold Fitz whom i think by the way deserves a profile
.Well am sure it was the Adaptive material module built for inhumans that was said the hulk couldnt break out of.

That Ghost Rider also survived a 600 megaton explosion so he actually does scale above even if the containment thing didn't contain the Hulk
