I mean, obviously there are things more important irl than vs (don't know about other countries like America or India but here, students have big exams to prepare before and after Christmas and New Year's Eve, though it's not my case anymore since I'm done with college) but still a bit surprising/sad

Yeah and even then though I don't think it's just the MCU I feel like there's been a kinda drop in activity on the wiki in general I've noticed at least there are for sure some users who Ik would be interested in some topics that haven't been active in a good while

Time =/= skill. Shang Chi took control of the rings pretty easily from Wenwu just from learning his aunt's way of combat literally the day before.

Wenwu can scale but I think it should be as a possibly or likely. There isn't enough to say he without a doubt scales to his sons use of them.

If that novel is a canon prequel to the movie, the 9-A AP could still be a useful supporting feat for Captain Marvel's 8-C key if the 8-C characters are downgraded. The nanosecond statement is useful, though I imagine it would be difficult to calc if there is no distance indicated.

Jiang Li was a able to trade blows with Wenwu, and their blows caused shockwaves. As for Shang-Chi, he mostly used grapple and disarm techniques on Wenwu, and used his airbending skills to deflect the Rings

In Iron Man: Armored Adventures, the Rings were forged in the heart of the first star of the universe and were actually weapons for the dictator of their race. That's a cool origin

The movie implied they were from space anyway. I red a theory explaining maybe Phastos was the one who created them, wich would have been very cool as it would have given more influence to the Eternals, but anyway

Wong said they are really ancient. So ancient it's not even in their records. And from Avengers Station it's hinted that Thor knew about the Eternals.
