Patrick could very easily win via telekinesis and grabbing Sans that way. Since it can grab ice cream from city blocks away. It could definitely take ahold of sans. And with Non Physical interaction, could fight back Sans attacks much better.

But he doesn't utilize Telekinesis in that manor. And he can't fight back bones forever. And he is an idiot. Patrick takes an L. Though has win conditions
