I don't see how the first video proves Spongebob's mind reading is passive? Sure, he was capable of hearing and responding to Squidward's monologue, but nothing seems to imply a level of passiveness here. As for him erasing Ichibe's memories, it requires him to materialize said memories before he can interact with them, and destroy them. I haven't seen enough reason why he could do this before Ichibe either reduces his entire being into that of a black ant or erases him from existence on a conceptual level.

Typically Bubbles and Karate, but he will resort to hax if necessary, especially since he tends to be strategic in fights through learning patterns with his opponents.

Ichibe can use his Shunpo perception blitz amps to dominate in cqc with his concept cutting blade allowing him to null the regen or hax. He also has EE and Void Manipulation to conceptually erase SpongeBob beyond his regen.

I see Ichibe winning more than not if SpongeBob doesn't start by abusing hax, when in CQC, all of ichibe's blade attacks will cut SpongeBob's concept.
