May we downgrade Ramushi's intelligence

Considering his poor decisions for picking a terrible roster to join on his team in the universal survival arc, I think it would massivly be considerable to lower his intelligence. Even more evidence is where he says the brain isn't even necessary at all and only the flesh is.

This profile was very clearly copy pasted entirely from another God of Destruction profile. Leaving attributes that don't apply to him that other staff have tried to remove. As such I'll change the intelligence.
