It's definitely possible, and by no means even unlikely, but would consider it less likely than Chief just making Meta malfunction with his applied pressure or killing the Meta before things get hairy. The ai are amazing, but The Meta himself isn't the most... stable. If he choses to follow the plan and grapple while in TS, he could definitely win, but Chief could just as easily send him on a rampage while they're combatting each other as the AIs are formulating the plan and directing Maine

Because it wouldnt be a 'barrage of punches' as speed is equalized, and those punches are only 4x stronger and thus would not 'destroy' him

Thought that he damaged her arm with the Brute Shot explosions, but yeah, my bad.

But even with TS he just doesnt go for the kill, even If he knew that Carolina had Epsilon.

Only if he tries to spam Time Stop. He's never had a malfunction when using his other stuff.

With a bladed weapon. You need to be something like dozens of times mkre durable to not be cut by a bladed weapo

I don't really have a dog in this fight, but scientifically speaking...that's not true, or steel armor would have been historically useless against steel swords (steel armor is not dozens of times more durable than a steel sword's edge), and that's definitely not true.

Actually no, the Brute Shot's bayonet has been shown to just Negate Durability in both Halo and RvB, being able to cut armored Spartans with a good slice.

@Stoned Steel swords wielded by normal humans, that puts the AP yield at low street level whild said armor would be in the wall level range

Definitely not how it's written in the books. All of that heavy plating isn't just for show. If a Brute gets a bayonet cut on a Spartan, it's because it aimed for a gap in the plating.
