Hmmm...Bit of a tricky decision for me. I'm willing to side with Mario since he has access to the Invisible Cap, thus making him invisible and intangible. He's also got higher AP, striking strength and durability to boot. Twilight's spells do have better range, especially since Mario would need to get in closer than 50 meters so that's something to consider.

They both have access to fire and ice attacks, to add but I think Mario is alot more versitile with them. I think I'll stick and vote for Mario then.

Also yay, my first vote on this site.

LOL r u serious? A magical pony who can mapulate reality vs a plumber?

Twilight wins by a mile.

Regardless, I vote Mario. With his vast experience compared to Twilight's, and intangibility, OHKO, and time stop, I can't see Twilight winning.

The italian plumber, when consumning magic mushrooms (which are basically drugs), gets hallucinated, creating a talking purple unicorn from nothing.

It's obviously a win for the italian plumber, as everything is just a mere aspect of his imagination.
