So, I did a sample calc that places Revan's speed at Relativistic+. For this, I measured the distance Malak's Force Drain covered per frame, and compared the distance that Revan covered per frame.
Since both of these scenes happen within the same event (Malak vs Revan battle), this shouldn't be calc stacking anyways.
Also, there is another calc that may provide a speed upgrade for the Jedi/Sith, regarding Darth Talo . Ignoring the blaster speed, reacting a nanosecond could easily end up in the FTL range, as you only need to move about 1 foot in a nanosecond to make lightspeed anyways.
The above calc regarding Darth Talon can be re-done on request.
