I think so? Hey, I'm not the type of guy who knows a lot about classifying, but they sort of do. I think chaotic evil characters rarely love anything.

Well, it depends if those people are on their evil side or not. Even then, you see evil characters love others pretty often under varying circumstances.
Lawful Evil characters tend to stick the existing rules, but they take advantage of them for their own evil benefits. Chaotic Evil is essentially screw the rules and everything else, and their motives should be self-explanitory. That's how I recall them.

I think Thanos is neutral evil so I think for a parody of Infinity War or Endgame it should be a neutral evil villain who would be Thanos
