Shonen protagonist vs underdeveloped fighting game side character, I wouldn't even need to go any further.
In all seriousness, while Victor is no slouch and has surely stuff that would prove difficult for Zoro, the latter has too much stufff going on for him, from better and more concrete feats and experiences, useful abilities and weapons, higher ap and all the rest that comes with being such type of character.

For how I'd love to go further, I still believe Zoro would take this most of the time, as his loss would mostly be bound to specific, unfavorable circumstances.
