I highly doubt that Senku would know how Bakugou creates his explosions because that is out of the realm of Senku's realistic knowledge. Meanwhile Bakugou one shots so I'm voting him.
 
Katsuki has my vote. I can't see anyway Senku could deal with him. Bakugo has a large AP and skill advantage along with superior mobility, range and durability all Senku has is intelligence and I doubt he can formulate a strategy to beat something he's never encountered before while said thing is actively attacking and chasing and will kill him on the first attack also Senku can't really run away since he has relatively low stamina in comparison to Bakugo.
 
Remember Senku has prep time. He could create more than just nitroglycerin. Something for higher mobility, a jetpack etc.
 
Doesn't Senku have just his Stone world stuff? Even then all he knows is I'm fighting a strong guy he wouldn't know he's fighting someone who can fly and kill him in one casual attack
 
He knows it's guy more powerful than Tsukasa, who's already a superhuman in all aspects. I think it's enough for him to create some good ass weapons to deal with Katsuki
 
Of course not in few hours. But he has already some ready tools in his arsenal. And don't forget that they are starting the battle 2 hours after that, meaning Senku is preparing in Ishigami village, where he already has some of his stuff. Of course he's limited to 8-C so no tanks or something.
 
So he's 8C and has 2 hours he could possibly out smart Bakugo but it's not likely if Bakugo is trying to kill him he could just release a max explosion the moment he sees him and Senku can't escape that
 
No, it affects Senkuu. If he gets lower than 8-C then this match will be invalid. But as long as it is valid it's fine to add this
