I don't recall Killian goading him in the final fight he rarely talked

Killian barely talked in that fight or goaded Tony into anything. He taunted him, but that was because he knew he was hurt from Piper getting injured, not because he has a plan to get him in range. Killian is a narcissist and a jerk, he wanted to lord over Tony that he was going to beat him. He wouldn't do that vs someone he knows nothing about and is keeping up with him.

Bakugo keeps Killian at range with explosion AoEs and superior mobility, making the AP difference irrelevant, and kills him with a stun grenade -> AP shot. Killian can't get near Bakugo to do anything with his advantage, and Bakugo is better than Killian at fighting tactics as he's a prodigy and claimed as a genius in that category while Killian is more science.

Bakugo still out ranges, out aoe's, out maneuvers and out thinks Killian in combat. A single stun grenade + AP shot combo will kill him as well. Howitzer Impact and Gauntlets will harm Killian enough to stun him letting Bakugo get free hits. Killian honestly doesn't even have the mobility to counter rapid fire AP shots.
Killian's only advantage doesn't matter when he can't get near Bakugo at all.
