Lord Boros (OPM) vs Reiuji Utsuho (Touhou)

Location, C&C General Verse where Boros' spaceship is floating above a Military Base with nuclear weapons.

Scenario 1 - Use their Multi Continent Forms. Okuu can use any item in the fighting games

Scenario 2 - Same as above, speed equalized

Scenario 3 - Anything goes, they're at their strongest

Scene 1 is a speed stomp, no question there.

Scene 2: Okuu obliterate him with sun barrange.

Scene 3: "At their strongest" ,it's still a speed stomp without speed equalization. Even with it though, while Boros would run out of steam fast, Okuu would have just stand there wondering why he's suddenly getting weaker.

Might have to edit this after all.

But with speed equalized wouldn't it be closer since Boros seems to have higher close combat knowledge and how in the strongest forms has him potentially planetary?

Yeah, but his fist isn't going to harm someone that could withstand the pressure of a subatteriane sun, and his last move isn't going to affect someone that live in literal hell too much.

Is it a win for Boros if he destroys the planet they fight on? This is the only possible solution I see for Round 3

Well then Okuu speed stomps round 1 and 3. I need to do more research for round 2
