Lord Boros' tier from One-Punch Man

Lord Boros from One-Punch Man is classified as:
"At least 6-A, far higher with Collapsing Star Roaring Cannon", but I don't agree with that.

Both the anime and guidebook state that Boros is able to destroy planets and even a star compared to the manga, which only states that Boros is able to destroy the planet's surface, so it's 2>1 statements.

Even someone like Yuki Tsukumo from Jujutsu Kaisen is 5-A, which is a joke.

Boros' new tier should be either 5-B or 4-C

I might be wrong, but Boros' version in the forum is from the manga, which doesn't go beyond the mention of him intending to destroy the planet's surface.

Oh boy, here we go again.
Both the anime and guidebook state that Boros is able to destroy planets
As far as I'm aware, the wiki doesn't consider the anime as canon to the manga. This statement is insanely popular in the OPM community so it would have already been accepted otherwise.
and even a star
Mistranslation. The Kanji used in the original version can be translated both to star and planet. And the context we have is the statements about it destroying planets. So yeah, it most likely means planet.
so it's 2>1 statements.
If you use the anime then you can also use the webcomic which is the only one that's actually only directly written by the author One, which says planet surface as well. So it would be 2 = 2 with the surface statements being from more reliable sources.
Either way it doesn't really matter as the statements aren't mutually exclusive.
Even someone like Yuki Tsukumo from Jujutsu Kaisen is 5-A, which is a joke.
Really doesn't matter. Only time you could say it matters is if they had the very same feat/reasoning and scaled differently.
Boros' new tier should be either 5-B or 4-C
Boros is fine. At best an anime version key could be made but if the only difference is him being 1 or 2 tiers higher it's not that necessary.

Even someone like Yuki Tsukumo from Jujutsu Kaisen is 5-A, which is a joke.
Yuki is only 5-A via a suicide attack afaik. And these two are very different series. Comparing them together is not a good idea.

Both the anime and guidebook state that Boros is able to destroy planets and even a star compared to the manga, which only states that Boros is able to destroy the planet's surface, so it's 2>1 statements.
We don't use the anime material. Due to differences between the Anime and Manga fight. We always take the manga as the highest priority since it's the source material.

Secondly, the star statement is a mistranslation.

If such a thing were accepted, any author could declare a level they never showed for their character.
Boros' own statement plus the context only addresses one planet level in the anime.

The guide simply spews out hyperbole that is not supported by the anime material.
