Pretty much, he should be able to access this in all of his forms, but some have a much higher floor like Tremor which is meant to be pretty powerful. In the end, they all have the 60 megaton ceiling though

I see and I am happy that you did. But it would still look a little better with key1 powers and then "|", past which Vibration Manipulation and Sound Manipulation are listed again with their 6-C effect. You can look at other profiles or Plus-droid one specifically for inspiration (ability section), it looks better organized. But no pressure of course, just a small recommendation 👍
