171.1 teratons is High 6-B and this should scale to EoS Haru and Lucia.

As long as it has been accepted by the OBD, I suppose that it should probably be fine.

Well, if it is uncertain if the OBD accepted and used the calculation, you have to ask some of our calc group members to evaluate it and comment here.

The OBD accepted and used it though. If you check Haru's OBD Profile he is country level+(Large country by vsbattles standards) via this calculaton:

Small update: Holy Manipulation was added because to both profiles since it missing, despite stating that their lights have Holy properties.
