Kuma's tier

Kuma's pre time-skip and post time-skip tiers seem awfully low considering how he should powerscale to certain characters.

Kuma can be scaled above the likes of Dressrosa Sanji (as he should be no stronger than Ivankov). Ivankov was unable to dish out any visible damage to Kuma during the marineford war despite landing direct blows.

A lot of other characters presented at the Marineford War lack any strong feats, but someone like Kuma can be scaled to characters such as Ivankov, potentially Sabo, and Dragon (as Kuma was one of his commanders before he joined the Shichibukai and was modified).

Likely 7-A, potentially higher would seem reasonable for someone like Kuma. The other option is that Kuma should be listed as Unknow.

Post-time skip Kuma should be Unknown, since we know that he was modified even further by Vegapunk but there is no feat to place him/powerscale him.

I have his post time-skip listed as Unknown especially since he lost his will. It's likely the alterations weakened or even strengthened him after the Marineford war.
