Sora defeated Jafar in his 4-B form, so it is logical to discuss whether he can scale to it now and become 4-B; this likely would also lead to a scaling to most of the main KH cast.

Why not?

If we have a rule to not scale Disney to KH, why can´t we then scale KH to Disney?

Because it's a crossover character and as such scales from its own feats.

Because it isn't canon to Kingdom Hearts. The events in the movies are displayed differently in Kingdom Hearts, and Jafar didn't show the same level of power.

Then how it has been confirmed that the Toy Story world is canon in KH3? Or that´s just an exception?

It's an exception from WoG, and it's because the events that will happen in Kingdom Heart 3 will be after the movies. There's no way you can say that the Aladdin movies are canon to Kingdom Hearts, as the events are completely different
