If it was Diavolo I'd say him but Doppio... It takes Diavolo almost ten seconds (in the manga) canonically to take over without prep.

PK can easily deal with Doppio, but he usually goes for an incon against anything that isn't an Evronian. Since Doppio has an incredible amount of stamina, this might be enough for Diavolo to come, and win.

Apparently that's localized time stop and only if a beam hits him.
