Golb is superior to the Lich, I think someone misinterpreted what the ratings needed to be changed to after this was accepted, KT did say he'll format it correctly when he has time soon.

GOLB is the numero uno of the verse, should scale above pretty much every other character.

Yeah, considering GOLB effortlessly "killed" Lich, safe to say that he dwarfs Lich in power.

Golb is not strongest.

Every Lich we see in the series is just an avatar and a clone (the Lich that Golb turned into a cube is also a clone and avatar). The real Lich is one of the primordial monsters that existed before everything and nothing, even before Golb, and transcends and is independent of most concepts like death, chaos (Golb), and the Lich is a catalyst comet. The power of comets allows you to manipulate concepts, transcend concepts and not be bound by their magic. They are more powerful than the power of love, which can defeat Golb. Prismo's wish not working on Golb does not prove Golb>Lich because Prismo's wish cannot even open a portal to the Citadel, does that mean Golb>Citadel/Citadel Guardians>Prismo>Lich? xd Lich>Citadel and Citadel Guardians no diff

In the newest series, Fiona and Cake there is a character you can potentially argue above Golb (Prismo’s Boss) but the evidence isn’t concrete enough other than a few undertones from character dialogue.

Other than him, Golb is uncontested at the top.
