I asked about this in the past, iirc you can either make a CRT for layers or get Staff to accept it in Hax eval thread. Do you have any actual arguments against the layers other than acting like it simply does not exists?
I have repeatedly stated I have no idea how DMC works, and was going off profiles. Since the Physilogy pages does not say that Immo or a Regen takes overtime I said that it should reform Dante quickly

That isn't how this works, the fact it specifies that low demons have to form new bodies out of shit just laying around, this isn't worded as instant, it doesn't inherently imply it takes forever, but basic english suggests not instantaneous but vague in actual length of time. There's no implication of either or.
Then stop acting like it is, untill it's shown fast enough to outspeed something 128x quicker than him, it's not really a viable option, same goes for any hax he might have.
