Because he's from boundary. His body is from boundary and his soul spent majority of it's time in boundary.

He's not from the Boundary, he was trapped in the boundary. He's a human soul born on Earth and inhabiting a suit.

Being in the boundery doesn't automatically make his soul inhuman or anything like that.

He spent majority of his time in the boundary, more than he was on earth. He's not human anymore, it's made clear from the beginning. He's Susano'o unit, not human. He's white Susano'o. And Susano'o is from boundary.

That the only human part left over is his soul doesn't change much. That he spent so much time in the boundary when the only thing that changed as far as I remember is his power decreasing doesn't change much. Of course they'd call him non-human, he's a soul inhabiting a suit. But Babbage is only a formless soul inside a mecha run by steam and you don't see him resisting. You don't see any Servant resisting even though many are only part human and they are all souls without a body imitating a normal body, kinda like Hakumen only that their soul isn't housed inside a piece of magic armament (except, again, for Babbage). Not to mention, Hakumen won't lead with an attack that takes a bit of time and leaves him exhausted against an unknown opponent (not a lot, but eh).

That Mecha is pretty much comes from earth. Susano'o unit is different. It's from boundary. Hakumen had plenty of time to either hit her with Nox Nyctores which will 100% kill her btw and he'll use Time Killer on dangerous opponents, period. He used it on Terumi and he used it on Izanami.

He doesn't want ****, he doesn't care about neither Nine the Phantom or Mai Natsume, he doesn't want anything from his enemies and only want them die.

He's pretty much like Kenshiro, beating people, doing good goody two shoes, he never had favorite color, he's dick to almost everyone, so silent that makes Link talkative in comparison, he just says "I'm the white void, blah blah blah" then cut.

His soul is still human and you can't really prove otherwise. The Susano'o unit really doesn't matter as her skills refer to intelligent creatures and those born of the Earth. Using Susano'o armor doesn't change were Hakumen was born, what his soul is, and being in the boundary didn't change any of that besides cutting his power down by 80%. Maybe if we had any proof of him getting Arakune'd or anything similar but nothing like that. And no, Kiara could sway even Emiya Alter which was a machine in human flesh that made saving the human order his higher priority, abandoning his memories, his past, his name and everything. This without accounting one of her skills lowering any resistance he could have.

Yes, Terumi who he had a history with and Izanami who was pretty much threatening the world and was one of the most powerful beings in their setting, but he knows literally squat about Kiara. He's not gonna jump in with Time Killer of the bat, that's just wishful thinking.

But still, only Buddah who is completely disconnected from all wordly desires and reached enlightment would resist her normally even in CCC.
