I'm pretty sure kenpachi and the rest of the soul reapers are fighting their hardest fights now whitebread has fought countless legends who definitely out class kenpachi it was state that none of the admirals or the fleet admiral wanted to fight white beard who had the power to destroy the world with his power even shatters the air so I'm pretty sure he can cut through space as we have seen people like zoro even cut gravity...

Whitebeard was slashed 252 times hit with 152 gunshots and 46 cannon ball not to mention the hole in his chest from akainu on top of that he was already dying on life support...

but they was normal swords and normal guns they would not work on kenpachi.

kenpachi can take that hit kenpachi been in space and had everything in his body pulled out and he was ok

no your wrong Unohana meet kenpachi when he was a small boy when she was captain of squad 12. and that was 1000 years ago and they had a fight and kenpachi was stronger then they meet 1000 years latter again and kenpachi was the 12 kenpachi there was 11 over the 1000 years


this kenpachi 1000 years ago he been captain for about 80 years but he been fighting for 1000 years

@SakakiZelkova Kenpachi has been fighting for atleast 1000 years, hes Fought Unohana before she joined the Gotei 13 which had existed for atleast 1000 years.

EDIT: oh, and as for Kenpachi removing his eyepatch, hes not done that since he got his powerup, so we haven't seen him fully trying yet.
