The simple straight forward battle without limitations (aside speed which is equalized). Battlefield is the downtown of Tokyo (to provide some cover).

Tenshi would have flatten the entire city block with her earthquake, then raised the entire battlefield to space (Before/After she knocked some sense onto her body and drain her soul away), before finally ended her misery with BEAM SPAM.

Vote for Tenshi, unless this fight would have been considered a stomp. Honestly, Gabriel would have been a better match.

Hisou no Tsurugi does not drain souls from long ranges. By the looks of it, a wielder should physicaly connect the blade with an enemy (or be close enough). And even though Tenshi is skilled with swords she can't be called swordmaster.

^The sword DOES drain from long range (remember how SWR start? By having people temperament being leaked from afar so that somebody would come to her. And the beam spam is the culmulation of that). And she isn't exerting all her skill either.

And even if you count that, Tenshi is simply outranked her in every other field. Kanzaki would be buried in 6 feet of rock before she could reach her.
