Joseph Joestar VS Qrow Branwen

They start hundreds of meters apart, Qrow will have plenty of time to hit joseph with ranged attacks before he touches his sword

Joseph can close the distance by using Hermit Purple to swing himself towards Qrow, while he receives a few shots and slashes before using the technique that I previously mentioned.

Is Old Joseph allowed to use his old Hamon abilities?

Yes he is but in character he doesnt unless absolutely necessary

Also Qrow can go into bird form to stealth attack him

No he has his hamon but its in character for him to not use them because he doesnt feel the need to due to the Pillar Men being dead, this was discussed earlier in this thread

Also if Joseph tries to swing from a tree Qrow's bad luck semblance would almost definitely cause the branch to snap

If that fails then Joseph still has defense, he can wrap himself with Hermit Purple then infuse it with Hamon, effectively protecting him like what he did to DIO.

Hermit Purple has 10-C durability, Qrow can very easily get through it, it only worked as a shield against Dio because Vampires are weak to Hamon

The gap is only about 3x, Joseph scales to a 64 ton feat, Qrow is equal to Raven who is stronger than Vernal who oneshot the Arma Gigas who stomped the Queen Lancer which was undamaged by an 18 ton attack

I thought we scaled them to the 12.37 tons feat, my bad.

Then yeah, switching vote to Qrow for the reasons above.

Hamon strengthens objects that are infused with it, if he can't use Hermit Purple then he can use his hair or some wet thing to conduct it and shield himself.

You mean like when he fought Santana?

Only if Qrow is aware he is being wrapped around with it.

It'd feel like a hug, but iwth no one there to give it. His instinct isn't to immediately swing and attempt to pry the invisible force around him since he doesn't know what's causing it.

Qrow has never usued bird form in combat. If he and Joseph fighting, he is not resorting to transforming into a bird to take him out, that's too out of character.

He has absolutely used the bird form in combat, he did so against Hazel and Leo to get to cover

Joseph is x3 stronger and has absorbed piercing debris from a 64 ton The World. He was not greatly injured and quickly got up and started to run away. I am certain someone who is x3 as weak is not going to kill Joseph with his piercing weapon.

And yes if Qrow felt something invisible trying to trap him he would absolutely attack to get it off of him, any logical person would do that

Sorry dude but a 3x gap isnt enough to prove that he wouldnt be hurt

Yes, if you had felt an invisible hug you would absolutely try to grap your waist and begin pulling nothing off of you. How logical.

The force is to him as gravity is to us.

Stands are intangible and invisible to non stand users

@Xtasy Its been determined that due to Aura and Stands being close enough in composition, aura users can touch stands

You ever been caught in a spider web? This would be basically the same thing. Qrow would be able to pull it off due to aura allowing him to touch it.

Qrow should take this. Old Joseph, while cunning, suffers from the JoJo curse of being pretty unlucky. Couple that with Qrow's passive luck manipulation, and the fact that Old Joseph isn't a straight up fighter and more of a stratagist, and you have yourself an endgame.

Hermit Purple and Hamon are useless, thanks to Qrow's aura and HP's pathetic AP. And quick thinking and strategic planning will only get you so far in a face to face battle like this.
Voting Qrow via this

Joseph isn't really unlucky. Yes, he did have some bad luck with planes but he survived all of those crashes.
Qrow passively causes bad luck via his semblance

It's no use against a character who constantly does asspulls (good ones) in battles against enemies superior to him like Ultimate Lifeform Kars.
