I agree with 3rd UIO Goku and Jiren being atleast Low 2-C as long as it isn't UIO1 and 2 or Jiren level before episode 127.
Unsure about why they would have Low multiversal level range.
Though you shouldn't use 3rd image as evidence for Jiren being above GoDs.Its clearly talking about manga as there is a manga pic of universe 7 gang and the poster is about DBS manga anyways.It doesn't relate to the anime.

In that case I agree.It can extend even up to Jiren using most of his power(as depicated from 5 color aura) which was on par with UIO3 Goku but nothing more than that.

The range is because they scale to the GoDs who have Low Multiversal range.

I didn't know that GoDs had low multiversal range as well in the profile.

I'm normally not okay with adding an At least to a Low 2-C rating, but if it comes from downscaling from half of 2-C can be a different story. But never the less, there's been a lot of Dragon Ball threads, General Tier 2 threads, ect. However, I'm personally fine with the OP's proposal.

They will get 2-C range since they are scaling to GoDs who individually has 2-C range in the profiles as well.

They scale above GoDs in UIO 3rd and Jiren full power and individual GoD has 2-C range so I dont see why not,otherwise I understand your proposal and that would be better normally.

I agree that Jiren should scale to whatever Belmod has listed for AP. If it's "At least Low 2-C", then Jiren should be too

It's possible that even other versions could also scale, depending on how much of his power Jiren was using, Whis said that he was stronger than a Hakaishin when Jiren was still casual in Base, but I dunno how VS sees that scenario

Well Whis can sense Jiren's power so its not really referencing to Jiren's power in base.Though yes UIO3 Goku should scale and any level of power which Jiren was using against UIO3 Goku should still scale as well.Whis could only sense that Jiren wasn't even close to his full power so its him mostly refering to Jiren stronger transformations.
