I don't see any resistance to soul manipulation on Jade's profiles so I'm going with Undyne via trapping her in place with Green Mode and overwhelming her with spears from several directions. Soul Manipulation ignoring durability means Undyne might one-shot too.

That's not how attacking the soul works. Otherwise any character who can hit ghosts one-shot almost anyone.

I wasn't sure but in that case why does Frisk have soul resistance for taking hits to their soul?

He shouldn't, tbh. If it counts as soul resistance, literally any soul attack from Gengar to Shao Khan bypasses. But I'm not gonna change it. Bottom line is, Undyne doesn't one-shot. She can destroy souls, so she can like, neg Low-Godly regen with her normal attacks or something, but she doesn't really ignore durability (note how it says "to an extent")

Except that UT monsters can hit both the soul and body at the same time. It's not like people who can "only" kill ghosts when they're outside the body.
