I've been trying to find a fight for Lich for a long time, I hope this is the one (Mega Man vs Adventure Time)(GRACE!!)

MEGA MAN VS THE LICH


Rules:
  • Both are on their 5-A key
  • The fight takes place in the Candy Island(the misadventures of flapjack)
  • Speed is equalized
  • Both have knowledge of the powers of the other
  • Otherwise standard battle assumptions
The Super Fighting Robot: 7 (Chaos Jester25, X_Squared, Peppersalt43, Spinoirr, Revaret, Psychomaster35, Sonicflare9)

Rock resist a good chunk of Lich's stuff simply because he's a robot but I don't think he can do anything about Lich's immortality. If Rock kills him then he just possess Rock. I don't think Rock has a win con
 
Alright, now that Rock knows about Lich's immortality I will give my take on the match.

Lich's advantages:
He's more experienced
Has Low Mid Regen that lets him regenerate from some of Rock's attacks
He could incap Rock with sleep hax
He could become intangible to avoid Rock's attacks
If Rock kills him then he could possess Rock
Time Stop is also kind of useful.

Rock's advantages:
He's far more versatile
He has a 4 times AP advantage (Which can be increased via the power gear)
He could blitz with the speed gear which increases his speed by 4 times.
He resist a good chunk of The Lich's abilities because of his physiology
Has higher LS so the Lich's telekinesis won't work.
He could incap the Linch by freezing it with one of his many ice weapons, BFR it to outer space, absorb all of it's energy with Grab Buster, or just KOing it
Has multiple shields to block Lich's attacks
Has multiple healing methods
Has better stamina
Time Stop is also kind of useful

All in all I think I will give it to Rock mid diff. His versatility is just too much for Lich to handle.

It looks like Chaos summed it up nicely.

But I wanted to raise some questions: can Lich actually possess Mega Man? Can he even put him to sleep? Cause with him being a robot and all, I don't see how those would work. Unless, Lich has done something like that before with robots or his abilities work regardless of the target? I haven't watched Adventure Time in a long time so I have no idea how it works.

But other than that, Mega Man should take it and once he does defeat Lich he can just teleport away or something to avoid possession (if it works) or do the other things Chaos mentioned as wincons.

I couldn't find nothing about It, but if mega man can sleep, Sleep manipulation should work on him.

About possesion he don't need to posses mega man, he can just posses eny living thinh near and ressurect from It (is show in aventure time that Lich could reform from the snail to kill Billy in his normal form)

Well, I don't know if thia helps, but lich possed princess bublle gum that don't haver a brain sinse she is made of bublle gum (even was show that she just melted whem falled in the Lich pith)
 
Snails have a brain-like system for thought so that still counts I'd say. They aren't truly mindless then, even if their thought is simplistic.

Yet she's the smartest character on the show iirc. Not to mention that after looking at her profile, it states that the Candy element is biological in that it is in the DNA of living beings. Add that with the fact that she doesn't have inorganic physiology and self-sustenance to imply she's mindless or akin to Mega Man. So that shouldn't count either.
