I’m pretty sure that’s just Athletic Human lifting strength with air manipulation, the distance traveled doesn’t seem to change much

That's what I thought. I wanted to see if any J or N can be quantified, but it's hard for me since cinematic timing makes it hard to calc any KE or force.
