Limited summoning or space-time manipulation for the hero?
That was why, when the avatar sought help and carried out a summoning, it would definitely get connected to the hero. Also, it was because the hero was an existence with the quality that the World Tree recognized, the hero was able to pass through the gap between worlds. Though as the side effect of that, when a hole was drilled open in the gap between worlds, most of the time it would also get connected to the hero.
When someone try to open a portal to another universe sometimes it will get directed to the hero's location.

It must be linked to the fact that in Arifureta, normally when a character (gods) talk about connecting worlds they literally start to invoke a Hero and as the Hero (Kouki) already exists there is no need to look for a new one and go directly to him

This summoning doesn't only apply to the hero and gods.

1)Shia was summoned as a plan B when Lutria didn't want to summon the hero.
2)Ehit summoning targeted Kouki even though he is not a World Tree's avatar(goddess) proving that the hero is a summoning magnet .

limited convocation

About immortality types:

type 4: Reincarnation, everyone should get this because it exist in Arifureta (non-combat applicable). Resurrection, Hajime and anyone connected to Bel Agartha, and demons because they can rebirth themself but need help to do it.

type 6: Demons and most spiritual beings(Ehit, Alva) can posses bodies and jump from one into another.

type 7: some can exist as a soul without dispersing.

type 8: for people who are connected to Bel Agartha.

Can you ge something from this:
「See, Bel-chan and others won’t do such thing nano.」

「……How do you know that?」

「See, Bel-chan and others, they told Myuu nano. They all are just bored, doing nothing but ruling or quarreling, that they even got sick of their friends, and then, one day they felt power with presence that is similar with themselves, and when they tried going following the attraction, they came to Myuu’s place, they said.」

「Similar presence……」

Could it be, they referred to the self-proclaimed god of Tortus? Or else, did they mean the age of god magic? At that time, Tortus was just a step before the world’s demise. Certainly tremendous power was at work at that time.

Perhaps it somehow shook the worlds interval between Tortus and hell.
inteval of worlds= gap between worlds

This was caused by a character(God) leaving his dimension and descending into the world and weaken the interval.

Demons (7DS) from Hell(universe) were able to sense him.

Isn't mana the reason monster exist?
(too much mana cause animal to mutate into monsters with unique abilities)

so corruption for mana?

Do you think the hero being a summoning magnet could work as something like probability manipulation?

It's a countermeasure to get the threat closer to the hero in order to defeat it, and unless the summoning is specified "the hero" (Kouki) will be the default or someone recognized as a hero (Shia).

That's why even when who isn't a goddess like Ehit try to summon someone he will end up with the hero.
Lutria preventing the summoning just end up changing it from plan A(Kouki) to plan B(Shia).

A bit confused here as the OP didn't provide sufficient scans in the post, is this supposed to be self-evident I'm assuming?

For the additions, are these meant to be self-evident as to why there weren't any scans provided in the OP?

1)Hajime: limited power mimicry?
“No way. I didn’t even need to chant an incantation? I thought direct mana control wasn’t supposed to be possible for anyone except monsters...? Does that mean I absorbed a monster’s special abilities by eating it?” That was indeed the case. Hajime had acquired the power of monsters. He then moved to try out another of his new skills, Lightning Field.

“Umm... how am I supposed to use this? Since it says Lightning Field, it must have something to do with electricity, right? Could it be? Do I have the same skill the wolf used when it gathered electricity in its tail?” He tried various things, but none of them seemed to do anything. Unlike Mana Manipulation, he couldn’t physically feel the skill inside him, so he wasn’t exactly sure how to go about activating it.While pondering to himself, he remembered that when he was transmuting, he always needed a mental image of the effect he was trying to produce. The less one relied on a magic circle to define the characteristics of a spell, the more they needed a mental image to guide its creation.

Hajime formed an image of crackling static electricity in his mind. Suddenly, red lightning started trailingdown his fingertips.

2)Monsters's mana corruption?
There existed a phenomenon known as overcompensation. When one attempted muscle training, their muscles actually tore, and the body simply regrew them a bit stronger to overcompensate. And that same thing was happening to Hajime.

A monster’s meat was poison to humans. Because of the mana crystals distilled into their blood, a monster’s specialized organs allowed them to directly interface with magic, and give them superior physical strength. The mana that circulated through monsters affected even their bones and muscles

This transformed mana allowed monsters to use magic without incantations or magic circles, though no one knew exactly how. Regardless of the particulars, a monster’s mana was poison to humans, and killed any who tried to ingest it. It would eat a person away from the inside, destroying their very cells.

There were people who had tried to eat monsters in the past and they had all, without exception, died. In fact, Hajime had read all about this, but his extreme hunger had led him to forget.

Had Hajime just eaten the wolf’s flesh, he would have died an agonizing, but swift death. But there had been something that prevented that. And that was the Ambrosia. It healed him every time his body was destroyed. As a result, his body was forced to evolve at an unnaturally rapid pace.

3)Creation for mana?
Divinity stone
Divinity Stones were created when a large clump of mana pooled together and crystallized over the course of a thousand years. They ranged from thirty to forty centimeters in diameter, and then over the course of a few hundred years their saturated mana liquefied and poured back into the earth.

The liquid they secreted was known as Ambrosia, and it healed all wounds. It couldn’t regrow missing limbs, but supposedly it extended one’s life so long as they continued to drink it, and was alsoreferred to as the elixir of life.
Mana crystals
“Also, it seems monsters aren’t monsters because they have mana crystals inside them. That’s kind of a surprise.”

Like Shea had said, it wasn’t mana crystals that turned regular animals into monsters. In fact, it was the other way around. Once a creature had absorbed enough mana to turn into a monster, the mana solidified into a mana crystal.

Basically, when mana gathered together outside of a living body it turned into a Divinity Stone, but when it gathered within a living creature it became a mana crystal. However, mana crystallized easier inside a living creature, so mana crystals had a far smaller capacity than Divinity Stones. Of course, various factors like the creature’s temperament, the environment it lived in, and so on all influenced the capacity of its mana crystal once it turned into a monster.

The reason mana crystals didn’t form inside humans and demons was that the two races had crafted a formal system for using magic. They usually expended mana regularly, and if they accidentally stored too much within their bodies, there were ways to cure that so mana crystals wouldn’t form. In other words, technology and civilization kept sentient races from producing mana crystals inside them. That being said, it was possible that people who didn’t usemagic for decades could still form mana crystals inside themselves.

Possible fate manipulation?
“That’s why I said this was about love and romance.”

If two people loved each other enough, then no matter how many times they were parted by death, they’d be reborn and reunite. When Alfard put it like that, it certainly did seem romantic. Smiling, Alfard rose to his feet.“Reincarnation exists,” he said in a voice full of conviction, and Oscar adjusted his glasses to hide his expression. He could tell that Alfard had told him this story as a roundabout way of cheering him up. Alfard could tell Oscar still had reservations about the labyrinth project, and he’d wanted to give Oscar at least some peace of mind. If reality was unforgiving, at least now Oscar had a fairy tale to believe in. It wasn’t scientific, but Oscar did feel as though his heart was a lot lighter.Love and romance are a lot more wonderful than I thought.“Al, thanks for cheering me—”

“Think about it. If reincarnation doesn’t exist, then how do you explain the shock I felt upon seeing Selene for the very first time?! That had to have been fate! Our love from ages past must have reunited us here in different bodies! Our love for each other is simply too strong to die out after just one lifetime!”

“Wait, you just wanted to brag about how much you love your wife?!”

This must just be reincarnation, since they are not controlling anything I don't think it can be categorized as "fate manipulation"
It's not for reincarnation, it's their bond that will let them reconnect in the next life even if they were in a diffetent world or era, like Hajime and Yue.

Hajime(Alfard) and Yue(Selene) were destined to meet.

Possible creation for
  • Element Arrangement Equal Conversion System: An artifact which allows him to convert element, the smallest material that became the base of any kind of energy, into energy.
It can be used to create matter.

It's possible, this would guarantee him an unlimited supply of weapons, it could even create things like oxygen, etc... taking away from him the need to rely on external factors to survive.
Maybe, but it will require Netemp assistance
Even the immense energy of a planet’s worth wouldn’t be too much if it was assigned to grow the world of Miniature Garden. As a side benefit, it could also be appropriated for accelerating the growth of Miniature Garden’s great tree――the Treasure Tree and the divine spirits.

There was no time, so Hajime also implemented time acceleration using Hour Crystal and Tio’s regeneration magic.

Netemp was constantly attending the element conversion system to control it, and while Laila was sleeping in order to grow, Aularodde served as the substitute goddess of the King Tree.
So Netemp in Mother's body can process that much information.
