Is a universe in DC really 11D?

Well, the problem is that if we count the universes as 11-dimensional, we might have to count all of the beings inside of them as 11-dimensional as well, including regular superheroes, which would not make any sense.

Also, in another story (Grant Morrison's post-Flashpoint Superman), Mister Mxyzptlk was stated to have created all of the regular 4-D universes.

Still, I suppose that it is possible that the Anti-Monitor, The Monitor, Barbatos, and The COIE Spectre might scale from this, and consider all instances of regular superheroes standing up to them as outliers, but you would have to ask Sandman31 and Matthew Schroeder to comment here about it first.

I highly doubt that the context literally says every single universe is 11-D. There seems to be a loose reference to an 11-Dimensional event, but the universe itself or better yet are much of the inhabitants living inside it are far from 11-D.

Matthew Schroeder and Mr Sandman would be better people to ask but I highly doubt they'll agree. It sounds even more absurd than the Time Planck or the 60 light years in half a second threads.

They are most likely referring to the Crisis of Infinite Earths and Zero Hour when the DC universe was recreated.
