DCU General Discussion Thread

How is she as an actor? I don't think I've heard of her before.

Quick question, but on what timeline/multiverse would the movies/shows like DCU, DCUAMU (flashpoint up to the house of mysteries with Constantine) etc. be? cus there was that new movie crisis on infinite earths and so on.

Trying to see what goes where is giving me a headache so a little help would be appreciated.

You mean the Tomorrowverse?
I have no idea, i am super lost with puting stuff on the timeline they belong to.

Like were does DCAU (BTAS, STAS, BTNBA, Batman Beyond, Justice League & Justice League Unlimited), DCAMU, Young justice fall into? OG multiverse (pre crisis), after Infinite crisis on earth (new movies coming out), new 52 etc.

Legit have 0 clue what you're talking about and why is young justice included here its completely seperate, the only thing that connects to young justice is the green lantern animated series

okey, let me see if i explain myself better

u have:
Pre crisis

post Crisis

New 52

now my question is for example, is Young justice taking place, pre-crisis, post crisis or on the new 52. Is the DCAMU taking place pre- crisis, post crisis or 52 etc.

None of these connect to the comics if that's what you're asking?

Pre-Crisis, Post-Crisis and the New 52 refer to eras in the comics. Live action and animated content is separate from the comics, but they all exist in the overall DC multiverse.

I really don't think this is necessary, especially knowing what kind of show Peacemaker is I don't think people care that much about the DCU's continuity that we needed to decanonise the whole first season and probably The Suicide Squad too.

I’m guessing it’ll still be loose canon, where sorta similar events to Season 1 happened in the DCU‘s continuity, but with some differences. But Gunn did say that Season 2 will address the universe change, so we’ll have it fully explained then.

That's pretty ass tbh, since Season 1 (as well as The Suicide Squad) is awesome, but I guess we'll always have it lol. Just hope it doesn't mess up season 2 because, like, the characters went through a ton of character development in season 1. It'll be really lame if they pretend that none of it happened and essentially reset the characters.
