This is not a revision thread. I'm just trying to make clear that the Irenic's speed feat wans't an Outlier. It was agreed that the feat is just too ridiculous since High-tier Jubileus is only this fast. But Irenic is not the only Lower-tier character who's even faster than Gods.
Meet Sai Fung and Tang Lung, they're one of many Infernal Demons in Inferno. These are descriptions of the two weapons that have their power:
"Possessed by the soul of the fastest bird demon in all of Inferno, Sai Fung, these nunchaku spin at blazing speed, unleashing attacks so fast even a god would be unable to catch a glimpse."
"Possessed by the soul of the fastest bird demon in all of Inferno, Tang Lung, these nunchaku spin at blazing speed, unleashing attacks so fast that there is not a god or demon in existence able to see them coming."
If these two are too fast for Gods and other demons, why can't an angel do the same? The Irenic that Bayonetta encountered must be already restrained itself so other angels can handle the speed so no scailing can be apply.
