Quick question but would the speed still remain the same for Rimuru even after his True Dragon state? Wouldn't he be FTL at that point? since he got a nearly 10x increase and he was already Relativistic+(plus all the power he got from food chain)

Magicule isn't linear to speed. Also, the speed scaling are heavily in need of revision so Relavistic+ ratings are very likely to be nuked

the only ones who can exceed the speed of light in Tensura are the digital beings because they have infinite/immeasurable speed with the particles of information, and probably in the spiritual world where physical limitations do not exist, but in the material world nobody passes the light

This isn't really true either. Digital Lifeforms don't move per say. They transfer information from one set of information particles to another. So it's more like they are constantly shifting or teleporting. Even information particles can't handle immense speeds like the speed of light.

So in these first two scans, Rimuru deduces that there's a constant speed between information particles. This applies to reaction speed as well.
Then he says that this fact (the constant speed of information transfer) is as apparent as "all things cannot exceed the speed of light". He questions this notion and determines it isn't about speed, which is elaborated on in the third scan.
This explains that the information particles were switching coordinates by transferring information instantly with no time difference. They don't move, they transfer. It's the same basis for quantum entanglement and quantum tunneling. The effect of information transferring to different information is exactly like using Spatial Domination and teleporting to different coordinates. Rimuru actually does this against Velgrynd in order to compensate for her superior speed.
In conclusion, being Digital Lifeform doesn't make you move faster. You just have the ability to transfer or teleport constantly instead of moving your body. It allows you to subvert the absolute rule that nothing can move at light speed. Also it should be pretty clear that the statement about transcending space and time isn't immeasurable. It just saying that your transfers aren't limited by distance (just the ability to recognize information particles and manipulate them) AND that the transfers happen instantly when initialized.

In fact, i might as well close this since this thread is over, i just got to apply it.
But yea Slime is in need of major speed revisions so relativistic+ is just a placeholder for now.
