Not that he never uses it. It's just that it doesn't really activate much from what I'm told.

It still exists. He can still know when first attack will occur. It isn't god-levels like MC Spidey, but that isn't needed to stop a guy with some guns

It happened once in Civil War and once in Infinity War, only one of those times was it used to dodge projectiles. The other time it just told him that a space ship full of bad guys was near by. And this hasn't stopped him from getting ambushed by Falcon, Vulture, and Thanos's minions.
