Kihara had indepth knowledge of his ability and the way his AIM Field acted as he was pretty much the single most important person that helped Accelerator develop his power and the main researcher of it, and he still needed a precision glove allowing him to make specific moves with precision down to the sub-atomic level. Not to mention all Kiharas are in general utter genuises.

Or something like that, just search Kihara or Amata and I think Accelerate did a good explanation how he actually pulls it off in this very thread.
