Low-Godly is Regenerationn from what there's literally no physical matter left, gamma ray is still physical matter. Also, I only remember him being in a powdery state, which qualifies for Mid-High, is there a scan for more context?

thank you. I just understand Low-Godly. but i disagree about mid-high. I have never seen feat that hulk regenerates from powder. Now I think he is High regen.

Mid-High is only for Maestro Hulk, not normal Hulk. You can see the reason on his profile.
