Straight up killing Dave is pretty difficult thing to do considering the Just/Hero death clause, even without time
Purging his existence is a feasable win. I'm pretty sure there are HS characters that can survive that, but I don't believe Dave is one of them.
Can Homura use that ability effortlessly or does there need to be certain circumstances/situations in which she can do that?
