Hody Jones justification removal, plus a justification for post timeskip Lucci

However this doesn't work since Brook, who scales above Gear 2nd who stomped Hody Jones, says that King Neptune will be a challenge to beat, so it doesn't make sense for Hody to scale to someone Brook viewed as a tough foe.

I think that he should just have the current justification of being capable of hurting Usopp and that's it.

On that note, since it was heavily implied that Lucci at the reverie could kill Neptune (who as I mentioned was viewed by Brook as a challenge), it could be added to Lucci's profile since it'd support him scaling above 6-C people.
