Ok. Let me start a lecture.
The first form of the Juubi is the ten tails in its complete form. That is, the size, tails and bombs are incomprehensiby larger than the rest of his forms. It's also the final form because after this form, he doesnt undergo any other form anymore except when he becomes the god tree which has nothing to do with the topic about scaling characters.
In short, the first form and final form of the juubi are the same thing and everyone of you bullying me here are wrong. Facts are facts. That is what I always spit
