Well, unless he can't attack with his flight speed but that's looks weird this should be inconclusive as breakdown phenomenon ignores durabilty and destroys matter while this guy has his soul gem.

Thou another problem is if his soul gem is low 2-C in hax than it has to be restricted as it's high 6-C battle.

The soul gem dons't have AP it's just give the wielder high level of soul manipulation. Also how fast is the breakdown phenomenon? Beacause if it's fast enouph Adam defenetivly lose.
